F3B League round 1 and BERG AGM.

Hi all BERG members,

The BERG AGM for 2008 will take place at the BERG field on Sunday 24 Feb at +/- 2 PM.
Minutes of the pervious meeting as well as a agenda for the 2008 AGM can be found in the
BERG vault
Please send your nominations for the new committee(I.E..Chairman,Secretary,Safety officer,Treasurer) to me so that we can vote for the new committee on Sunday the 24 Feb.
Any paid up BERG member in good standing can be nominated for the above positions.

Current committee members are,

Chairman: Mike May (Stepping down)
Evan Shaw: Secretary
Charl Viviers:Treasurer
Piet Rheeders:Safety Officer.


Also if you have any suggestions or Ideas to improve or better our Club send it on to me so that I can add it to the draft agenda
by the lattes 20 of Feb.

We need volunteers to come and flag/signal for us next Sunday(17 Feb) at the BERG filed (9 AM on) as Round 1 of the F3B league starts.
